To ensure maximum convenience, we offer several payment methods. The available payment option, deposit amount and final settlement terms depend on the selected products, order specifications, production requirements and delivery conditions.

You can pay for your DREAMDOORS order using one of the following methods:

Cash Payment
Cash payment is available according to the agreed order conditions. Our manager will explain the payment procedure, deposit amount and final settlement before confirming your order.
All supporting documents are provided according to the selected payment method and current legislation.
Bank Transfer
Customers can conveniently pay via bank transfer after receiving an official invoice. Once the order details have been confirmed, DREAMDOORS will prepare an invoice containing all necessary banking information.
The invoice can be paid through any bank branch, online banking service or mobile banking application.
Payment to a Sole Proprietor (FOP) Bank Account
Private customers and sole proprietors may transfer funds directly to our registered FOP bank account.
Once payment has been received, your order will be reserved, prepared for shipment or released into production, depending on the selected products.
Please use the payment reference specified on the invoice or provided by your DREAMDOORS manager.
Payment for Companies and Corporate Customers
DREAMDOORS works with companies, developers, construction firms, interior designers, architectural studios and other business customers.
Corporate clients can pay directly to our Company (LLC / TOV) bank account.
Upon request, we provide:
- Official invoices
- Order specifications
- Contracts (if required)
- Delivery documents
- VAT documentation
- Other accounting documents required for your business
VAT Payments
DREAMDOORS supports orders with VAT for legal entities. Payment is made directly to the company's bank account according to the issued invoice.
Before payment, our manager confirms the complete order specification, quantities, pricing, delivery conditions, installation services and all required accounting documents.
Deposit for Custom-Made Products
Many DREAMDOORS products are manufactured specifically for each customer. This includes interior doors made to order, concealed door systems, painted collections, custom-sized doors and individually configured products.
Because these products are manufactured according to your selected dimensions, finish, colour and configuration, production begins only after the order has been officially confirmed.
A mandatory deposit of 50% to 75% of the total order value is required for all custom-made products.
The exact deposit amount depends on:
- Manufacturer
- Door collection
- Surface finish
- Door dimensions
- Custom specifications
- Glass configuration
- Selected hardware
- Production requirements
Production starts only after all specifications have been approved and the required deposit has been successfully received.
Full Payment Before Dispatch
Regardless of the selected payment method, every order must be paid in full before it leaves our warehouse, is handed over to the shipping company or delivered for installation.

- Concealed door systems
- Wall panels
- Door hardware
- Private customers
- Sole proprietors

DREAMDOORS does not ship products on a "deliver first, pay later" basis.
Before any goods leave our warehouse or are transferred to the customer, delivery company or installation team, the full payment must be successfully received.
Payment for Stock Products
For products that are available in stock, payment terms are agreed upon during the order confirmation process.
Before reserving, collecting or dispatching any stock item, payment must be completed according to the issued invoice or the agreed payment terms.
If your order contains multiple products, the items will be reserved after the agreed deposit or full payment has been successfully received.
Payment for Large Projects
DREAMDOORS supplies complete door solutions for apartments, private houses, offices, hotels, commercial premises and residential developments.
For large projects, we prepare a detailed commercial quotation including all selected products and services.
A project quotation may include:

- Architraves
- Extension jambs

For large-scale or phased projects, individual payment schedules may be agreed in advance. However, each shipment must be fully paid before dispatch.
Delivery and Installation Payments
Delivery and installation services may either be included in the main invoice or invoiced separately, depending on the agreed terms.
Before confirming your order, our manager will provide detailed information regarding:
- Delivery charges
- Carrying products upstairs (if required)
- Standard installation costs
- Additional installation services
- Estimated delivery dates
- Installation schedule

Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered completed only after the funds have been successfully credited to the corresponding bank account.
Bank receipts or payment confirmations may be used as preliminary proof of payment; however, every order is dispatched only after the payment has been officially received and verified.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the purchase agreement and the status of the order.
Please note that products manufactured according to individual specifications — including custom sizes, bespoke colours, non-standard configurations and made-to-order products — may be subject to different refund conditions than standard stock items.
